XP is tracked per community on a given platform. Linked chats share membership but XP is scoped to the community where the activity happened. Cross-community leaderboards are on the roadmap.
Keyword triggers match exact text. Smart triggers use the AI model to evaluate the intent behind a message — so a smart trigger for 'member expressing frustration' fires whether they say 'this is broken', 'I can't believe this', or 'terrible experience'.
Price feeds pull from configurable data sources. If your token trades on a DEX with a public price oracle, it can be wired up. Contact support for custom feed configuration.
Yes. XP rewards per quiz are optional. You can run a quiz purely for engagement or education and skip the XP allocation entirely.
