Pricing questions

Yes. Fren One is in open beta and every platform feature is free for every community: moderation, analytics, the AI workspace, all of it. There's no billing in the platform yet. Managed services and the startups program are scoped separately.
You're using a product that's still in beta, so you'll occasionally run into rough edges, and we'll ask for your feedback. In exchange you get the full platform free, a say in how the paid plans get shaped, and locked-in launch pricing when plans go live.
We haven't set a date. We want to get the plans right before we charge for them, and we're still learning from beta communities what the right tiers and limits are. When we do set a date, beta users will be the first to know.
No rug-pulls. You'll get plenty of notice before anything changes, and beta communities lock in launch pricing on whichever plan they choose.
